If it's a Monday-Thursday event you desire to host, we can discuss available dates at any time. Because we're primarily a wedding venue on weekends, for requested WEEKEND dates, we’d appreciate it if you begin the application process no sooner than within 4 months of your desired date. If you have a MAJOR (over 100 attendees) weekend event that needs to be promoted in advance of 3-4 months, please call us to discuss availability and pricing.

Rent the venue in 3 easy steps
1. Fill out the Venue Rental Application below. (use for all events except wedding ceremonies or receptions)
We will contact you with a quote based on the information in your application.
This does NOT commit you or us.
If you decide to proceed with a reservation following our quote you’ll:
2. Return your signed contract.
3. Provide a deposit of 50% of the total fee. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards or any combination. (The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event)
Following steps 2 & 3 the reservation will be official. Congrats!
