2) Kitchen Use! We welcome you to use a full-service caterer, but if it’s important to you to have friends and family cook, we have a very reasonable kitchen fee for a huge MAIN LEVEL KITCHEN. Included: double all appliances, tons of counter space, silverware, pitchers, percolators and carafes, serving trays, cutting boards, serving utensils, fancy beverage dispensers, roasters, serving baskets, etc. $200
